Applies to: the Razion mobile game for Android (package com.sagez.razion) and for iOS and iPadOS (bundle com.sagez.razion)
This policy explains what information Razion handles, why, and what choices you have. Razion is designed to keep your data on your device wherever possible. Where a Google or Apple service is involved, we say so plainly below. We do not sell your personal data.
Razion keeps a local save file containing your progress, settings, upgrades, purchased and unlocked items, and a leaderboard of your own best runs. This file never leaves your device unless cloud save is active (section 3). Uninstalling the game deletes it.
Razion keeps one copy of your pilot profile — the same data as the local save file — in your own store account, so it survives a lost phone and follows you to a new one. We do not operate a server and cannot read that copy on either platform. Purchases are never included in it; they are restored from the store instead.
On Android, through Google Play Games. Sign-in is optional and is offered in the game's settings. If you sign in, Razion receives your Play Games player ID and display name so it can greet you and match a saved profile to you. It does not receive your email address, contacts or Google account password. The profile is stored in the app-data area of your Google account using Google's Saved Games feature, where only Razion can read it, held by Google under the Google Privacy Policy.
Stop cloud saving by signing out of Play Games in the game. To delete the cloud copy, remove Razion's data at Google Account → Data & privacy → Third-party apps & services, or delete your Play Games profile in the Play Games app.
On iOS and iPadOS, through Game Center. Game Center signs in automatically against the Apple ID already on your device, so the game does not ask you separately. Razion receives your Game Center player ID and alias (the nickname you chose for Game Center); it does not receive your Apple ID email address or password. The profile is stored as a saved game in your own iCloud account, where only Razion can read it, held by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy.
Turn it off by disabling Game Center for Razion under Settings → Game Center on your device. To delete the cloud copy, remove Razion's data under Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage.
Razion shows interstitial and rewarded video ads served by Google AdMob, part of Google LLC. To serve, measure and prevent fraud in those ads, AdMob may collect:
This data is collected and shared with Google and, where you have consented, with Google's advertising partners, for advertising and analytics purposes. Razion itself does not read or store any of it; we see only aggregated, non-identifying reports.
Your choices. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and certain US states, the game asks for your consent before showing personalised ads and lets you decline. You can change that choice at any time from the Privacy Options button in the game's settings. On Android you can also reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation under Settings → Google → Ads. On iOS the system asks, through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, whether Razion may track you across other apps; if you decline, AdMob does not receive your IDFA, and you can change the answer at any time under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Razion is playable without personalised ads.
Ad attribution on iOS. The iOS version declares Google's SKAdNetwork identifier, which lets Apple report to advertisers, in aggregate and without identifying you, that an ad led to an install.
Ad-free purchase. Buying "Remove Ads" stops Razion from requesting or showing ads, and with it the ad-related collection described above. It also removes the internet requirement below.
Internet connection. Because the game is funded by its ads, a player who has not bought the ad-free upgrade needs an internet connection to open the game and to start each run; without one, the game shows a "No connection" screen with a Retry button. A run already in progress is never interrupted. To check for a connection, the game sends a plain request to Google's connectivity check address (connectivitycheck.gstatic.com) and, if that does not answer, to Apple's (www.apple.com/library/test/success.html). These are the same addresses Android and iOS use to check for a connection themselves. The request contains no identifier and no game data. Like any internet request, it reveals your IP address to the server that answers it, and Google or Apple handles that address under its own privacy policy. Razion does not record the result.
Google describes its own handling of this data at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Optional purchases (the ad-free upgrade and additional airframes) are handled entirely by the store you bought the game from: Google Play Billing on Android, and Apple's App Store (StoreKit) on iOS. The store processes your payment and holds your payment details. Razion receives only a purchase record and the product identifier, which it uses to unlock what you bought and to restore your purchases on reinstall or on another device signed into the same Google account or Apple ID. We keep a record of purchases in the local save file for that purpose. Purchase history is not shared with anyone other than the store that processed it.
Razion does not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, microphone or camera data, or the contents of your files. It does not include analytics, crash-reporting, attribution or social SDKs, and it has no chat or user-generated content.
Razion's data flows, as declared to both stores:

All data is encrypted in transit. Because we hold no personal data ourselves, the deletion routes are the ones in sections 3 and 8.
We hold no data about you that we could delete on request, but if you contact us we will help you find the right Google or Apple control.
Razion is rated for players aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help you have it removed.
Communication with Google's and Apple's services, including the connection check, uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections. The local save file is stored in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot read on an unmodified device.
Google's and Apple's services may process data on servers outside your country, including the United States. Both maintain safeguards for such transfers as described in their privacy policies.
We will post any changes to this page and update the effective date above. Material changes will also be noted in the game's Play Store and App Store listings.
